I'm an avid online shopper and an expert on infant products, and I just had a terrible encounter with INFANS. To begin, their customer support was uninformative and seemed apathetic toward assisting me. Furthermore, my purchase was delayed, and I had to repeatedly inquire about its status. When my orders eventually arrived, I discovered that they were of poor quality and not worth the money. INFANS has terrible customer service and constantly delays orders, so I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
