Review on 🔧 Enhanced Leveling Extension for BIGTREETECH ANTCLABS by Sean Burnett

3D printing is inherently challenging, but trying to get this BLtouch to work was a nightmare. I've spent weeks compiling the right code, but it just doesn't work. I know others have managed to get it to work, so I know it must work somehow. However, don't take my word for it; The Ender 5 subbreddit (my machine is an Ender 5) is filled with frustration trying to get BLtouch to work. The documentation for my machine is sparse, information is often out of date, and I've set a new record for starting troubleshooting. 5 levels deep troubleshooting why my previous troubleshooting failed outside of options. I'm done for now because I just don't have time to figure it out. I will say that the customer service is excellent and the company itself is very good. When I asked for a mounting kit with extension cords they were able to provide it and while I was testing they offered to replace the cord when I thought it might cause problems. I would without a doubt buy from your company again. This negative review is just to warn inexperienced users and/or users who don't have time to really learn how to code that this product can give you very big headache trying to get it working. I wouldn't recommend BLtouch to anyone except as a challenge.
