I couldn't get it to work

This may be due to user error. But I'm pretty good at modifying 3D printers and I couldn't get this to work properly. After about a week of fiddling, wiring, and firmware updates, I gave up. The instructions are inconclusive as is the case with most Chinese made 3D printer components. But it was purchased from BTT and installed on BTT motherboard in Ender 3 Pro with Ender 400XL expander kit. Installation shouldn't be that difficult. Great customer service but product doesn't work

3D printing is inherently challenging, but trying to get this BLtouch to work was a nightmare. I've spent weeks compiling the right code, but it just doesn't work. I know others have managed to get it to work, so I know it must work somehow. However, don't take my word for it; The Ender 5 subbreddit (my machine is an Ender 5) is filled with frustration trying to get BLtouch to work. great product, instructions for 32 bit (silent board) is inaccurate!

BLtouch is a great product but the instructions for the 32-bit board need to be updated. I have emailed my results to the seller who in turn notifies ANTCSLABS. I spent many hours trying to figure out this setup and in the end I realized the instructions are misleading and will drive you crazy. First of all Creality.
