Review on 🔧 Enhanced Leveling Extension for BIGTREETECH ANTCLABS by Tyler Kota

This may be due to user error. But I'm pretty good at modifying 3D printers and I couldn't get this to work properly. After about a week of fiddling, wiring, and firmware updates, I gave up. The instructions are inconclusive as is the case with most Chinese made 3D printer components. But it was purchased from BTT and installed on BTT motherboard in Ender 3 Pro with Ender 400XL expander kit. Installation shouldn't be that difficult. The wire colors didn't match the online tutorials, nor did the documentation that came with it provide enough instructions to complete the installation. After reconnecting the connector I was able to get some functionality but either the Z-axis was cutting into the frame or the sensor wasn't working properly. The only way I successfully reset it was if I used a standard Z-axis end stop along with a pin, and even then the pin didn't work and froze during the alignment process. 3 stars because of the possibility of user error, but the lack of proper supporting documentation or consistent instructions made troubleshooting extremely difficult.
