I knew I had to return it when it shook a few days after putting it together. It's too late now! The top tower just burst! My returns window just closed a few days ago, there's nothing I can do. Never before has a cat tower been broken like this. They usually only get replaced every few years because they look ugly and used. Sure it was cute, but now it's useless.
