I knew I had to return it when it shook a few days after putting it together. It's too late now! The top tower just burst! My returns window just closed a few days ago, there's nothing I can do. Never before has a cat tower been broken like this. They usually only get replaced every few years because they look ugly and used. Sure it was cute, but now it's useless.

My cat loves it! She scratched it when unpacking it. Hanging toys are the right size and shape to grab their attention. My cat is 5 1/2 years old and weighs about 10 pounds. Love it! That's exactly what I wanted. The only problem was that the instructions at the beginning told you to use a small metal connector for the stairs and the first level, when small and large stand for the ones that actually refer to the holes in them and not the metal details themselves relate. So 9/10 times you're going to splice those first pieces together and then don't realize it's wrong until the last step, because the big screws don't fit the larger connector, you have to go back to…
