I love that it allows me access from anywhere! We have been using this software for over 5 years now at work as well home life (we are both self employed). It has really helped us keep track of important information/documents we would otherwise loose by having them stuck between our desks where they could be easily misplaced etc.. The only downfall about DPOsitor was when my computer crashed one day all my documents were gone!! That did not happen again since then but i am sure there will come another time with out notice so make backups just incase. ! I love how easy it was to create my own custom lists of data subjects (customer). This allowed me to easily categorize them by any number of factors including customer type. The ability to export this list into other software products such as Salesforce has been very helpful for us at our organization. We've used many different CRM systems over time but have never found one that had everything we needed until now.
