DOA - ABS sensor not working

I drove less than 10 feet down the road after installation before the "Check ABS" light came on. I reinstalled the connector 3 times and each time the ABS light came on again. The hub itself fits well, the bearing doesn't make any noise, there are no complaints, but the fact that the ABS sensor is defective is bad news.
