This is a great little tool, a mystery lover's dream. As someone who grew up listening to detectives Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys and as an adult still loves a good detective or spy thriller, I was delighted to order this pen. After all, every good spy or detective needs a spy camera pen, and while I wasn't raised that way, I couldn't help but be intrigued. i am picky I can't stand pens that are too light or so heavy that they become bulky. This one is neither. It's a good solid weight that falls in the "right" zone - not too light, not too heavy. I also like that it has a sliding cover to protect the lens. It charges quickly and easily from any USB socket with the included charging cable, which is very convenient. Card reader for the supplied micro SD card. It also includes a reset pin if you need to reset your camera. The ink is black, and while I personally prefer blue, it doesn't matter much. Taking photos/videos requires a bit of a learning curve, both in holding the stylus for sharper photos and in choosing the right angle. But once you do, it works like a charm - and part of the fun of using the spy camera pen is playing with it, so I don't mind taking a few minutes to get more familiar with it. The pen also records video and audio, which is very helpful, especially in meetings where I tend to let my mind wander. I also see it can be useful for students in lectures etc where their notes might not be fast enough to keep up with the professor's flow of information. There are so many uses for this handy little camera... and not all of them have a "spying" attitude. This one gets 5 stars from me for its weight, cool looks, thin camera, ease of use and just overall coolness!
