NOTE: At first I was very happy with the modeling process. I did everything as indicated. After step 5, I took out the mouthpiece to warm it up and noticed a white (tooth-like) object penetrating the rubber. At first I thought it might be a piece of my tooth, but when I dug it up I noticed it was a small plastic pallet (similar to the raw plastic pallets used to mold plastic objects). If I hadn't seen it right away, it could have caused serious injury to my teeth or gums if it got into my mouth. By doing the exact opposite, "kapa" should do it. I will return this item!
