Truly heavy duty in my review
I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy duty this scissors is, and its high quality. It’s powerful enough to pretty much handle any kitchen task you need. I use them to chop bacon, cut vegetables and prepare meats. It’s more powerful than you need for many tasks, but better to have more power than not enough. It’s comfortable to handle, has a good safety latch and is very sharp
