It shows you how much time is left in your holiday entitlement so that it helps me plan my leaves well ahead of time without having to rely on memory or guesswork! There's nothing I dislike about whosooff; if anything there should be an option which allows one to add more than 1 year at once as this could improve efficiency/user experience but alas not yet. If all else fails - just make sure your office knows what they're doing when it comes to payroll & tax regulations before implementing such software into their business processes. Being able to easily access our HR data has enabled better planning around our employee’s entitlements with regards to vacation/personal days.
