Matfer Bourgeat" 062003 Round Black Steel Frying Pan." Perfect for my needs. The Matfer handle is 1 1/4 inches wide and the Lodge holder fits snugly around the handle, which is exactly what I need for a pan of this weight. The silicone seems flexible enough to provide a snug fit. The pot handle is slightly wider or thinner than 1 1/4" (I suspect the width may vary by 1/8" anyway, but don't get me wrong). The handle is long enough to choke on the pan, making it easier to handle the weight of the pan. When hanging pots on a rack, the hole in the handle must line up with the hole in the pot handle. It takes some effort to move and remove the handle on the pot handle. So if you have a holder that can be easily removed for use with multiple pots then this is not the product for you. I ordered a Matfer 12" carbon steel pan and if the handle is the same as the 10" pan I will order a different Lodge handle.
