Если вы приобрели 11,5-дюймовую сковороду Matfer Bourgeat 062005 Black Steel, рекомендованную Cook's Illustrated, эта силиконовая ручка идеально подходит for her. Although this slotted handle slides easily, it doesn't come loose and offers a very good grip. This pan is very heavy, the metal handle can get very hot, so you absolutely NEED this handle and the extra grip it provides.

Fits perfectly. I dream to use

I have had several cast iron pans and saucepans and have used silicone handle grips on all of them. I just got a carbon steel pan and this fits a lot better. It slides easily but feels firmer afterwards. Cast iron kept losing contact, giving you less control when holding the pan with one hand. The cast iron ones always felt like they were spinning around the handle. It's a dream to use. It feels absolutely stable and fits well in the hand. This is one of the nicest grips I've ever used…

Perfect for a handle, not a pot

One of the main advantages of a carbon steel pot is that it moves smoothly between the stove and the oven. The Lodge pen holder negates this advantage. While the pen gets really hot in the oven, the silicone pen holder also fails. The silicone gets too hot to hold and requires . thumbtack. In a way, the surprisingly tight fit defeats the purpose. I should be able to slide the holder slightly when I put the pan in the oven, but removing the holder isn't that easy. This pan holder is perfect for…

Feels solid and secure.

It's long enough to choke on a pen without fear of burning yourself. Bought it for an 8 5/8" Matfer Bourgeat 062001 black steel round pan (pretty great so far too) that I plan to use as a specialty egg pan, mostly for omelettes. On this rather small pan, the handle fits over just past the bend the handle. Not sure if it's suitable for oven use as opinions vary but for my intended use it won't make much of a difference. Would definitely get another one for my pancake pan but probably not for a…

Works like a charm and matches my de buyer.

I needed a silicone grip for my pan from De Buyer Mineral B. Other brands looked bad and got bad reviews. When it arrived in the mail I pulled out my pan, ran my finger along the bottom, smeared some vegetable oil on it and used it to grease the handle. I made sure the lodge name was facing up and that the curve of the entry handle matched the curve of the pot handle. I kept pushing and things went pretty easy. I held the pan upside down to see if it would slip off. It's not like this. The…

Works well with Matfer "Black Steel " Carbon Steel Trays

Matfer Bourgeat" 062003 Round Black Steel Frying Pan." Perfect for my needs. The Matfer handle is 1 1/4 inches wide and the Lodge holder fits snugly around the handle, which is exactly what I need for a pan of this weight. The silicone seems flexible enough to provide a snug fit. The pot handle is slightly wider or thinner than 1 1/4" (I suspect the width may vary by 1/8" anyway, but don't get me wrong). The handle is long enough to choke on the pan, making it easier to handle the weight of the
