I have owned several different hair clippers over the past 20 years. I have to say this is by far the worst I have ever used and owned. The last one stopped working after 7 years, so in November 2018 I decided to buy this product. It's mid-January 2018 and I've only been using it for a few months. I had to return it. It worked a little on first use but kept pulling on my hair, especially when trying to trim my beard. After a few more uses it worked less and less each time until it got to the point where it worked less than the one I threw away. Serious? I have followed the instructions for cleaning and adding oil before and after each use. garbage and waste of money. I have had other products from this company before but this will be the last time I will buy from them. It's a shame for a company that makes such bad products. I'll just look for something else and send it to the graveyard (garbage) where it should be. Good luck with your search!
