need to return: my feedback

yes i received the unit on May 9th but i didn't get the room ready till 6-10-22 and tried the unit and it didn't cool the room at all. i need to order a window unit. I see where the deadline was 6-8/22 i just saw it today when i return to work after learning the unit does not work right. I would like to be able to return it. i have everything for it and the box. thank you Linda Johnson
