It is not possible to obtain a replacement for a failed power module that has received a denial of service.
This was my second order for them and I really like them. However, one of the power modules was defective when I received it. It is not possible to return or exchange just one module. I don't want to order 6 more kits for just one power module. It is necessary to take care of such things. I will not remove 5 just to bring back a faulty module. It does not make sense.
