Review on 🚗 ACDelco Professional Front Passenger Upper Suspension Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly (Part #45D1076) by Michael Willis

Just out of curiosity, look for this part from MOOG, formerly known for making quality suspension parts. Along with a few other unnamed manufacturers, they decided to replace the original one-piece cast you see here with a solid stamped steel colossus reinforced with a couple of steel welds - it looks like a homemade pile of crap. Keep in mind that this part moves with the wheel assembly, so weight is an issue. Such a shame. Fortunately, there are still companies that make replacement parts as good as original equipment.
