I returned the item due to a defect on the back and overall it felt cheap. The return was easy and hassle free. The company contacted me after the return was approved and asked how the product could be improved. Now here's the kicker: I bought a make of Harley the same day I sent it back in the mail and found it wasn't worth $140 after taxes after I installed it. It didn't feel too heavy or premium than the one I bought for $100 less. I wish I could keep this item and powder coat it on site. Once installed and black it would not be noticeable and would still be way better than a standard connection. Live and learn!
