Looks good but be ready to buy on the secondary market.

Looks good and fits my FLHXS. I replaced one of the supplied screws with a longer screw. Maybe it's a problem with my specific bike model. Anyway, it's a good thing; especially for the price. No complaints. Did I mention the seller offered to ship a longer screw or refund part of the original price? Nice gesture on your part.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Very important! in levers

As many other people have said, for the price you can't beat it. Out of the box, the chrome finish looks fantastic. We'll see how it holds up over time, but I have a good feeling. Use 3M double-sided mounting tape to attach it to the linkage. Viola! (See photo) looks better than a $100 HD camera!

Worth every penny 10 times more.

Let's be honest. Harley's switches suck. They have very little positive interaction and leave a lot to be desired when it comes to the overall feel of driving a 20,000+ mile car. I've had three different HDs, and each of them was clumsy and almost unadjustable. This little mod will fix 95 percent of that mess and get your bike shifting like it should from the factory. I found this to be one of my favorite mods on my 2015 Street Glide Special. If you're on the fence, just pull the trigger and…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Great quality, worth every penny

Bought this shift linkage for my 2020 RGS. It goes well with the other parts that came with the bike. I don't know why Harley didn't just factory fit this link, it really highlights the left side of the engine and looks so factory it's a no brainer. I had a buddy who bought one from the dealer, I just love him and he paid almost three times as much. The dealer installed it for him (it took me 3 minutes to do it myself) and had problems with it from day one. After a couple of weeks I looked it…

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Long delivery time

it would not stand out and still much better than the stock connection

I returned the item due to a defect on the back and overall it felt cheap. The return was easy and hassle free. The company contacted me after the return was approved and asked how the product could be improved. Now here's the kicker: I bought a make of Harley the same day I sent it back in the mail and found it wasn't worth $140 after taxes after I installed it. It didn't feel too heavy or premium than the one I bought for $100 less. I wish I could keep this item and powder coat it on site…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Something different

Almost like $150. almost

So it works and fits, but with one big difference. Both threaded lugs are right-hand threaded. Most turnbuckles have a left-hand thread on one side. This allows you to rotate the entire assembly (if the nuts on the post are loose) and change the length of the linkage without removing the end. Since this feature doesn't exist, you'll have to remove one of the ends and twist each eyelet individually. It's a minor complaint, but it's annoying during installation. There don't seem to be any kinks…

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • obsolete model

Perfect for 2017 Road Glide

Fairly easy to install. The instructions are useless, so you have to figure everything out yourself. Only 2 screws to remove the old link, then unscrew the ends of the new link until the holes line up with the old screws. Insert the rear screw first, finger tighten, then make sure the front screw is the correct length, the screw should run straight. Adjust as needed. Hand tighten the front nut. Move up/down a few times to make sure it's right. On my 2017 Road Glide, I had to back off the center

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

No problem Solid shifter OEM

I have been driving for many years and have driven about 150,000 miles and have never considered the need for a part like this. HD prices are too high so I've never seen the need for it. Until my wife drove 6,500 miles and Jaime's joint broke on the way home. Although it's only a fraction of $10, standing on the side of the road and not being able to shift can be a problem. It just so happened that we were 1/4 mile from the HD dealership which opened on Sunday and within 10 minutes of replacing

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • old
