I like how they have a range of services which are relevant to our needs, with clear pricing structures. The customer support team are also very helpful when dealing with any issues. They're proactive in keeping us updated and always answer questions promptly. I haven't come across anything I dislike about their service. We use them for both internet security and mobile phone security. It's a really good solution if you want peace of mind! We can't say that we're 100% protected from cyber attacks but we are well on the way to being able to keep hackers out. I like that they are very responsive, but also that they do not have an agenda or bias towards any particular product. They are a good fit for our needs because they can recommend solutions without being biased by their own products. We use them as a third-party consultant for security audits. It's been great working with them. Their team has been very easy to work with and have delivered what we needed at the time.
