My thoughts about Costco
Hello there. The review I will write today will be about Costco. Costco is a US based store created in 1983. This store is busy selling electronics and has become a professional in this sector. Costco, which attaches great importance to the opinions and complaints of customers, is a store that is loved and recognized by people in the USA. The aim of the store is to offer the best quality products to the people at low prices and to keep customer satisfaction always high. I think Costco is taking the right steps to achieve its goals and has the potential to become global in a short time.
The main difference of the store from other similar stores is to give priority to its permanent customers and to give bigger discounts for them and thus to make people permanent customers of this store. If we look at customer feedback about Costco, which became famous and achieved great success in a short time, the majority of customers are satisfied with the services they receive. But I saw one downside of this store, which is the lack of a 24/7 support team. I hope that in the near future this store's support team will be active like the others.
