Review on 👗 Belle Poque Women's Christmas Tutu Underskirts - Crinoline Petticoat with 3 Layers by Justin Early

I have a chunky vintage style knit dress which I think would look a bit better with an even smaller waist and maybe lift the hem a bit so it's just above the knee and I didn't have to hem it to look better. I checked the dress length and dress length and was happy to see that the little tulle skirt would be at least three inches shorter. Well, the "little one" I get is at least 4 inches longer and fits way more than it should. He fell well below my knees. I need to roll up my waist to fit better, not just trim the length. I'm 5'5 and about 115 pounds - more like Audrey Hepburn. - not having a real curvy hourglass figure, but a pretty figure. The tulle skirt actually made me look taller and bulkier. Overall, the quality of the skirt is excellent for under $20. I'm pleased that the skirt of my dress looked smooth with a tulle skirt underneath - no obvious or odd bulges were seen in the skirt of the dress on this initial "adjustment" apart from a small one at my waist in the back to roll up the hip belt. And for tulle, it wasn't too uncomfortable when I tried it out and tried walking and sitting. The way the layers are designed is great in that regard. But wow. So I send it back and have my seamstress hem the dress a few inches so it's slightly above my knee, which can instantly make a girl taller and slimmer! I even tried the tulle skirt on with a retro cotton spring/summer dress. I'll have to test the length and hope it fits this dress even if I wouldn't use it with it. Vain. Again, it dangled much longer than it should have for the small size. I hope this is a dimensional accident. My advice when ordering would just be that if your dress is knee length or skimpy then the chances are very high - based on what unfortunately has been experienced - that this skirt may be too long --- if you don't take the risk want a sliding compromise. This is good for a dress that falls below or covers the knees.
