Great way for tracking customer service issues

I like that it has all of my contact information at one place so when someone calls me they can get right back with their question or concern without having to ask who's calling.

It also lets you see where your customers are located which helps us locate our best people quickly! There isn't anything really bad about this program but if there was something we could do better then please let us know. We have been able to track our callers location within minutes after an inquiry comes into our system allowing us to find them faster than ever before. This allows us to respond quicker as well since we don’t need to wait until later to figure out what happened during those missed hours.

Pros
  • Also being able to view how long each client stays connected throughout his/her connection time makes tracking easier instead of looking through multiple logs manually searching specific details such as caller ID number (who called), date & time phone contacted along side notes written by staff members
