I bought two. Both have connector defects.

I bought two of these. At first they worked fine, but after a few months if just left on, the power plug or the tip of the brick just wouldn't respond. It has to be positional. Communication is not reliable. I lost two devices. But now that the warranty period has expired I can't return it nor get a refund.
