Great sound and great customer service
I spend a lot of time talking to customers on the phone and it's important to me to have clear, natural sound. My old headset started humming, and when I wanted to change it, I realized that the world of headsets had changed quite a bit in the past few years. I found the IPD support team (Wu Shik in particular) to be very helpful in finding the right headset for my phone and then providing quick and helpful answers to my many questions and I am very happy with the end result!
