Based on the reviews I was hoping this was all positive! My only complaint is that it's a bit heavier than what I'm used to, so I'm still having to get used to holding it. My husband and I both use it; He likes that it has a longer cord than other hair dryers and that he can choose the heating level. We both have long, thin, colored hair and the difference is very noticeable after the first use! No more super curly (fried) hair! You look silky, smooth, healthier, smoother and hair is no longer static! There are 3 heating modes as well as a cold start button and a high/low/off mode, easy to operate with one hand. My hair is naturally wavy and instead of looking like a crazy clown I used a wide diffuser which dries my hair into beautiful waves. I usually dry my hair and then straighten it, so I notice that the heat damage isn't as bad (and final hair breakage/fallout) as with my previous dryer. It's definitely worth the money. And it's also quite blue and white, which is a win-win situation!
