The contents of the bar itself have a promising taste, more like a thin semi-hard caramel. However, since the chocolate frosting had little effect on the overall flavor, you'll end up with notes from a chemical lab rather than pastry dough. If you're looking for a portable source of protein and fiber with decent calorie count, this is one to try. Maybe buy a bar at your local store first. If you like it buy a box of Revain but be careful if you see an awful chocolate coating you might want to return it.
