
I've had the regular red for many years and decided on a second one because it's used so often. They just fit in my toaster/oven/convection oven and I love them. Even when food juices are baked on a hard surface, a long soak softens them enough that the pans can be cleaned with a scrub brush without a lot of "elbow grease," eventually ruining the surface like other metal pans do . Everyone should use enamelware - these come in a variety of sizes and types of bakeware.
