🍳 Vintage White/Black Enamelware Small Open Roaster - 10.5 x 8 Inches, Perfect for Cooking and Roasting Review

I love this enamel baking sheet I bought for about $25. It is slightly larger than the large burner on our electric stove. You just have to move it back and forth to ensure even cooking. I use it for grilling vegetables, cooking minced meat, frying rice, etc. This product reminds me to cook small portions. I'll buy another one as a spare. Not sure about durability yet but it has held up in our dishwasher and looks the same as when I got it.

I bought this pan at the recommendation of Mike Wrubel, a grilling author. I have used disposable aluminum foil pans for grilling but felt it might be more economical. But grilling is quite difficult for a pallet. After the first use, the pan looked like it had been disassembled with leftover jam that I thought would never come off. I was amazed at how well this pan washes. I had to clean it but it cleaned like a champ. I would recommend this pan.

I've had the regular red for many years and decided on a second one because it's used so often. They just fit in my toaster/oven/convection oven and I love them. Even when food juices are baked on a hard surface, a long soak softens them enough that the pans can be cleaned with a scrub brush without a lot of "elbow grease," eventually ruining the surface like other metal pans do . Everyone should use enamelware - these come in a variety of sizes and types of bakeware.

There is an open roaster. This is my new favorite pan! Lightweight, great workmanship, durable, beautiful and so easy to care for! This size is perfect for my Cuisinart toaster/convection oven. I've used it to make breakfast pastries, cookies, side dishes for my family of four, and to reheat leftovers. It can be washed in the dishwasher but it is so easy to wash that I hand wash every time and have no complaints. I plan to add more Crow Canyons to my collection once they are complete.
