This is for ALR 120 inch motorized pop up display. After searching all over the world this was the best value I could find for a 120 inch motorized ALR screen. The next closest was another Chinese manufacturer, but it cost an extra $200 and didn't come with all the amazing accessories that Vividstorm has. Plus it's on Amazon! Easy shipping instead of waiting months for one from China. Despite this, the screen has been very well received and the packaging was great too. The screen faces my TV screen in the living room, so there's plenty of ambient light during the day. Installation was easy. I chose Amazon L brackets to mount it as I needed to lengthen it a bit so it could fit over my TV. After installation I lowered the screen and everything seemed fine, but after a few days I started getting wrinkles on the screen, and then it got worse! There were roller marks on the screen from the roller as it went up and down. I decided to go to Facebook Messenger to ask Vividstorm what's up. They were very sorry about what had happened and their communication was great. It was a broken screen, possibly due to shipping. So I decided to give them a second chance! Returning it to Revine was very easy (it wouldn't have been if it wasn't from China). Revain had a company that took my old one and a new one came along soon after. This one was MUCH better. The engine became quieter and there were no marks from the rollers. There are slight creases on the screen in the corner, but most films are smaller and the creases are not visible on most films. The 0.8 gain is great and the screen REALLY keeps out ambient light. We can dine in the light and see everything very brightly. This also works in tandem with the Epson 5040UB; which has a high luminous flux. Overall, I highly recommend Vividstorm. Their customer service couldn't be better and they communicate very well along with a great screen value. Note that they are based in China. So if you're in the US, you'll have to wait until late at night to talk to them. But they are very responsive and care deeply about their product to make it right.
