Review on MicroMain CMMS by Tom Motko

The ability for users to generate reports using our MRO interface as well as an easy way of managing parts in stock with ease is what I like best about this tool. It's not perfect by any means but overall it does its job very well! We are able to manage inventory from start-to-finish which allows us time off tasking employees instead of just assigning them jobs at random times during shifts or after work hours. This also makes reporting much easier since we have one main place where everything can be monitored/gathered together instead of having 3 different systems that do separate things (i.e., MRP system, Parts Inventory software etc.). Also when there was something wrong with the part we needed fixed our customer could see if the problem had already been brought up and solved so no more waiting around wondering how long before someone gets back to you!! With such a large fleet we use many.
