I'm trying to train my Havanese pup to eat at certain times instead of just grazing throughout the day in order to better time his outside jaunts to empty his tanks. Adding this to his dry kibble definitely does the trick for the most part. It's a bit strange to give my dog straight up puree, but he doesn't mind. One sachet is good for 3 meals as a topper. I refrigerate the unused portion. I can see this working really well for a geriatric dog that has no teeth or a sick dog that needs the extra calories with minimal effort.
