We put down luxury vinyl flooring throughout our new, one story home. The flooring provider recommended RugPadUSA with either EcoPlush or their newest brand Vinyl for smaller rugs. Love them. Use the ½ inch for larger rugs, ⅜ for medium hallway. Love them!
