I like that it was easy to set up for our small business with only one person working in IT/DevOps side of things (no worries about security policies).

It is very expensive compared to other solutions out there - but we did get great value from their support team who were always able to help when needed! The product itself could be improved by having more features available at an affordable price point (eg monitoring) or better integration into cloud platforms such as Office 365 & AWS so you don't need 2 separate products etc which can add cost to your implementation budget. We are looking after all aspects of infrastructure including physical servers along with application hosting through Azure Cloud Services plus some virtual machines running locally too depending where requirements dictate this will cover everything required. This helps us ensure availability and reliability across multiple types of environments and locations whilst also allowing flexibility.
