Great option if devops friendly tools / services aren

I like that it was easy to set up for our small business with only one person working in IT/DevOps side of things (no worries about security policies). It is very expensive compared to other solutions out there - but we did get great value from their support team who were always able to help when needed! The product itself could be improved by having more features available at an affordable price point (eg monitoring) or better integration into cloud platforms such as Office 365 & AWS so you…

  • Good service /support.
  • Lots if information already within system ee eg logs, metrics,
  • Great customer knowledge base articles online; )
Cons
  • Unclear what additional charges may apply outside core use case without full documentation iof these fees,
  • No optionality around how services should run once provisioned
