This is such a wonderful tool. I use it almost every day and it's worth it! Instead of buying cooking spray cans (which are filled with all sorts of ingredients), I bought one of these sprays and can fill it with whatever oil I want. Oil. I also like to use it to add some oil to my salads! You have to "pump up" the atomizer to get it spraying, which confused me a little at first. But now that I understand it, I love it! It's a bit pricey on Amazon, but I bought it here for $12 and I think it's definitely worth the penny. Especially if I no longer buy 4 euro spray bottles once a month.
