Review on DALSTRONG Shadow Black 7CR17MOV X Certified by Heidi Harter

I am a chef and have been in the industry for almost 20 years. I had my share of knives from well-known manufacturers. Nobody stands up to Dalstrong. The Shadow Black series is no exception. I bought an 8 inch chef's knife in 2020 and this knife was recently stolen from me at work. I tried using the knives that were provided to us, but after a year with my Shadow Black 8" chef's knife, all the other knives felt clunky and clunky. 2 days without it and I had to go back and buy a second one. It arrived today razor sharp straight out of the box. I love Dalstrong's products and plan on buying the entire black eyeshadow set. If you're looking for a quality, cool knife look no further.
