This item arrived in a plastic case with a corner chipped off. Also, various parts were getting mixed up because many dividers weren't securely inserted, causing parts to slip into adjacent compartments. When attempting to use the components in this set, I noticed that the gold detailing on the picture hangers was peeling, which isn't a big deal but is indicative of the quality of the hardware. Worse, when I tried to use some screws in wood, four of the first six screws I tried broke their heads off halfway through. I understand the temptation to get all the necessary equipment to hang pictures. here in this set at a reasonable price but unfortunately even with moderate expectations I cannot recommend this product. I'd rather have half the amount for twice the quality because a lot of the components here are useless. Those worth saving now should be kept in plastic bags as the case that came with the kit was flimsy and broke in transit. I was able to use a few from this set so it wasn't worth the hassle to return it but I would recommend it to anyone looking for a handy all in one picture hanging kit to try a different product.
