When I opened the packaging, I noticed a defect in the assembly of the goods. I called the manufacturer and explained what was going on and they acknowledged the problem, immediately filed a warranty claim and immediately sent me a new airbag. I've been using their products for over 20 years and have always had great customer service. I just wish the wait on the phone wasn't so long to speak to the product service department.
