The ease of use this program offered me, I can't even begin with it all you need! As far as customer support goes they were great in helping us get set up using their training material which was very helpful at first but quickly got out dated by other programs we used later than helped our staff be more efficient while working together online through email etc.. Not much so no problems really just wish there could have been some additional updates maybe once every year? We are solving multiple issues within one area (accounting) plus sales/inventory control from mobile devices via an app available anywhere anytime. The best part is that I can keep track of my expenses and sales. It is very easy to use and the customer service is great. The only thing I do not like is that it is expensive. I am solving the problem of not being able to keep track of my expenses. I can easily keep track of my inventory and sales. I can also generate reports for my accountant. Also, I am solving the problem of not being able to keep track of my sales. I use it to manage my inventory as I can keep track of my stock.
