Review on ๐ŸฅŠ Ringside Double End Bag for Boxing Training - Sizes: 5", 7" and 9" by David Gonzalez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Sturdy and fun, but the bungee will stretch.

This bag has withstood heavy use and shows no real signs of wear. The air pressure is excellent. After refilling and frequent use for a month, there is little pressure loss. As I examined the pocket and proceeded to heavy power strokes, the bungee quickly lost its original tension. At anchor about 8ft 6in from floor to ceiling, bag speed is now about 108 bpm. This slower pace is just as interesting, rewarding and challenging for me. I believe a 7 inch bag would be the best size for beginners and intermediates. Big enough to learn from, small enough to really grow up with and feels just right for a gloved hand. leave quite unpleasant marks on the skin. No bruises or burns, just long hickeys. The pain is minimal compared to how the marks appear. You are not serious. This bag is ideal for exercise and training. I recommend it along with a good pair of boxing gloves.

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Crumpled
