Even if your pets are microchipped, an ID collar is essential so you can return them because if you don't take them to the vet, no one will be able to read the chip. Also, I love the jingle on these collars, it helps me know where they are in the house and when they are under my feet. Which always seems damn close, especially when I'm distracted with cooking in the kitchen etc. NOT stepping on them definitely helped me!
