Update 30-Jan-21: Quality issue. This lasted for about 6 months before the reels started popping. If you can find the pin holding the roll, put the knot together and dab a bit of something like gorilla glue on the back where the pin goes. Let it dry and then make sure the roller rolls easily. Should work like new without rollerblades. The original Kitchenaide dishwasher has been serviced. While the technician was there, I asked him to attach the roller assembly to the lower basket as well. I had a pair of wheels that came loose from a factory installed basket caster. He had to get a part from storage. He mentioned that the stocks he was buying would be expensive and that I might be able to get a better deal online. Stock of a part was four times the price of what I got from Revain, where I got four complete reels. The Revain parts were identical in every respect to those originally fitted to the dishwasher. The parts simply snap in and out. It took less than a minute to replace the part and now I had spares in case the others broke. The parts are not very well made, but are identical in every way to the original parts that were in the dishwasher.
