Hooked up to my EZ snap connector everything went fine seemed pretty straight forward pulled on each end to make sure it was secure seemed tight came from 40 Miles back and forth and the lock was nowhere to be found. Although I drove on a pretty bumpy gravel road, I still had to hold out longer than it was. Makes me question the larger version of the receiver. Update: Support contacted me and helped me to solve my problem. They sent a new lock, but this one is left. + for customer service! Would buy it again for that very reason.
