I was eager to purchase baby products as a new parent and came across the GooBloo website. I can't, however, suggest the business to others because of how disappointing my interaction with them was. First of all, their collection of baby products was small and fell short of what I would have expected from a dedicated baby store. Additionally, I discovered that some of the nursery furniture was shoddy built and not very durable, and that it was not as high-quality as promised. I was also dissatisfied with GooBloo's customer support. It was difficult for me to contact a representative when I had a problem with a product I had gotten. When I finally got through to someone, they weren't very helpful or sympathetic to my issues. Last but not least, the shipping took longer than expected, and my items came much later than expected. As a busy parent, I was annoyed by GooBloo's lack of communication regarding the delay, which caused me serious trouble. Overall, I had a bad encounter with GooBloo, and I wouldn't tell anyone else to shop there. To better serve their consumers, they must enhance their product selection, customer support, and shipping procedures.
