My hair is insanely thick and heavy. What makes it even more unwieldy is that it's really smooth. As a result, I have problems with hairstyles and strands left on my hair. (Plus, I don't want to complain, I'm thankful for the beautiful hair, it's just hard to deal with at times!) I'm in the process of removing the number one hair tie from this set, six months later. It's only because this group has finally gotten too long to be useful. And the last six months have been a dream. I styled my hair once at the beginning of the day, it lasted all day and it really took over my hair to stay in hairstyles that other plebeian hairstyles just couldn't handle or perform with my massive head of hair. They may seem thick at first but once on my hair they just look cute and are very effective. I'm only leaving this review because I had a moment of panic that if I switch to Scrunchie 2/3 one will be gone and of course the company decided to stop production or something. That would be my luck. Thank goodness it isn't. Just in case, I'll order the next package.
