Broken 2 years Best in Kitchenware & Gadgets

The old one works great and should last a lifetime. The new one bought in 2017 pushes the garlic into the sides of the panel instead of pushing it through the holes and the panel gets stuck because the metal deforms and the hinge moves and it takes a lot of force to " to press". the back. to erase it. The differences between the two are pretty obvious: 1. The old one has ribs on the neck that hold the pressure plate in place to prevent side-to-side movement, while the new one doesn't. The press holes on the old one are very clear, the new ones are slightly beveled.3. The metal on the old one appears to be a bit thicker all around and has a matte finish around the edges, while the new one has polished edges (old weighs 323g, new weighs 310g)4. The corners of the lifting tongue are wider and more pointed on the old one, the corners on the new one are narrower and slightly rounded.5. The old one doesn't open as far and closes fully while the new one can't fully close and keeps opening. Rating 1 star for new because it basically doesn't work anymore. I give the old one 4-5 stars.
