Review on Loox by Tres Carmon

I like how easy it was for me as an admin, or even customer (I have been using this product since 2015),to manage all my clients' accounts through one dashboard! The only thing i dislike about LOX now would be their pricing model which has increased over time but they do offer good discounts if you buy more than 3 years worth at once so maybe try them out first? It's not just great software -it really makes managing your client relationships easier by allowing us admins/customers access into our own profiles where we are able see what each individual user likes most etc., This helps keep track when there isn't any communication between 2 parties involved eg- Client A wants service X & Y done while being unaware he hasn’t received anything back yet after requesting said services via email / chatbox ect..
