Unfortunately, from day one, this product only kept mediocre cold. Since then I have remained optimistic and hope that maybe things will get better? I was not sure. Well, fast forward in about a year or so and it's only going to get worse - I mostly use it on room temperature water. I've tried other canteens which got the job done and held ice cream with no problem. Best of all, I filed a water bottle warranty claim about a couple of weeks ago with no response. In the meantime I've settled on something else called Iron Butt that works much better for a significantly cheaper price and comes with 3 different attachments at no extra cost. I hate spending money on this so-called premium product when there are better ones available at a reasonable price. I also think it might be illegal.
